Information on pursuing a research degree at the University of Bradford can be found via this link. Funded and Self-funded PhD projects are advertised via the School of Chemistry and Biosciences own research project listings.

- How to apply (University of Bradford)
Undergraduate students can join the Towse lab through several mechanisms.
The most common route to working in the lab is through credited undergraduate research projects via University of Bradford degree programmes. Projects are currently offered to undergraduate students in the School of Chemistry and Biosciences as part of the BSc Biomedical Science and MChem Chemistry programmes. Longer projects are also offered as part of the MSc Biomedical Sciences programme.
Another route to working in the lab is through summer vacation studentships or bursaries which will provide funds towards your living expenses for a 6-8 week period over the summer. Students must be enrolled at the University of Bradford on a science course and be in the 2nd yr (BSc/MChem) or 3rd yr (MChem) to be eligible. Students from other universities in the UK can also apply to visit the lab for the summer, depending on the specific studentship selected.
If you are interested in performing a summer research project and would like to apply for a studentship or bursary, please send Dr. Towse an email explaining what you would be interested in doing and include information regarding your past experience and your transcript.
